2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and enhance our services, including:

• Account Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and password when you register for an account.
• CRM & Communication Data: Contact lists, customer names, phone numbers, interaction logs, and chat notes you upload or manage in your workspace.
• Google User Data (OAuth): When you explicitly authorize the Google Calendar integration, we access your Google profile email, calendar list, and calendar event details as described below.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage timestamps for security and system optimization.

LeadsFlyer provides a Meeting & Appointment Scheduling feature that integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet to allow you and your leads to book and manage appointments smoothly.

A. Google Scopes Requested

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events: Used solely to read calendar availability (free/busy times) and to create, update, or cancel calendar events when appointments are scheduled through LeadsFlyer.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: Used to verify and display the connected Google Account email inside your LeadsFlyer settings.

• To allow users to connect their Google Calendar to their LeadsFlyer workspace.
• To display upcoming meetings and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• To automatically create Google Calendar events when a client books a meeting.
• To automatically generate and attach Google Meet video conferencing links to confirmed appointments.
• To send automated meeting reminders and calendar invitations to the meeting organizer and attendees.

• No Selling of Data: We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize Google user data to any third party, broker, or advertiser under any circumstances.
• No AI/ML Training: We explicitly do NOT use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
• No Advertising: Google user data is never used for targeting advertisements or promotional campaigns.
• Restricted Human Access: No LeadsFlyer employee, contractor, or human agent has access to view your Google Calendar event data, except where you have provided explicit written consent for debugging a specific support ticket, or where strictly required by applicable law.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google APIs is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are securely stored using AES encryption in protected databases with strict access controls.

We retain Google Calendar access tokens only for as long as your Google account remains connected to LeadsFlyer. If you disconnect your Google Calendar or close your LeadsFlyer account, all associated OAuth tokens and calendar cache are deleted from our systems immediately.

5. User Control, Revocation & Data Deletion

You have full control over your connected accounts and personal data at all times:

• Disconnect via LeadsFlyer: You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time by navigating to Meetings > Calendar Settings inside your LeadsFlyer account dashboard and clicking Disconnect.
• Revoke via Google: You can independently revoke LeadsFlyer's access to your Google Account at any time through Google's Third-Party Apps portal at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Account Deletion: To request complete deletion of your LeadsFlyer account and all associated data, visit our Data Deletion page or email us at support@leadsflyer.com.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
